Send to TomTom
You wish to download the selected spots to your TomTom GPS device. For this you need to connect the device to the USB port of the computer. If this is the first time you are downloading, you will also need to have the java application developed by NAV2US installed. If you do not have it installed the application itself will install it automatically, you simply click on “run” when the security warning pop up appears. The application is compatible with PC’s with Windows 2000 or XP operating systems and with a java compatible internet navigator, (it has been tested with Internet Explorer 6.0 or later and Firefox 1.5 or later).
Fill in the name of the file to which you are going to save the points and click on “Send to TomTom” to continue.
NOTE: If you have a PDA or mobile phone with TomTom navigation software installed you can also download the selected spots. To do so you will need to connect the memory storage card containing the TomTom maps directly to the computer via a card reader and the application will search for the card and write the points to it.
