You wish to download the selected spots to your Garmin GPS device. For this you need to connect the device to the USB port of the computer. You will also need to have the "Garmin Communicator Plugin", installed, (available for PC & Mac). If you do not have it installed the application itself will prompt you to install it, (you will only have to install it the first time you use the programme).
