The NAV2US.com web page is the property of ActivaSat S.L and acts as an information service provider to the society via said web page.

Finality and Content

NAV2US offers, free of charge to the users of its web page, geo-tagged information and the possibility of transferring said information to their GPS Terminal in the most simple, easy to use and up to date manner possible.NAV2US only allows the use of the geo-tagged information offered through its web page in an exclusive and private manner to its users and to the end described above, being totally prohibited the use of said information to any other end than that expressed and being expressly prohibited the use of any information for profit making or commercial gain.

Constraints

NAV2US prohibits the publication of the personal information of its users and as such it advises said users to ensure, at all times, that the information put at the disposition of NAV2US to be published on the web site does not contain personal information; such as names, surnames, telephone numbers, postal addresses or any other data that may infringe on their privacy.

NAV2US prohibits the inclusion on the web site, by any user, information that may suppose a violation of any rights, legal or physical, of a third person, remaining under their complete responsibility any consequences derived from the commission of said violation of rights. Not withstanding, NAV2US reserves the right to prohibit the publication or the removal once published, of any such content that may signify the violation of any rights.

Responsibilities

NAV2US only offers the possibility of downloading geo-tagged points to a GPS terminal hence any difference between the information offered and the reality of the point will not be the responsibility of NAV2US. Neither will NAV2US be held responsible for any lack of coincidence between the image offered for a point and its reality, the user being advised of and therefore accepting such possibilities.

As a consequence NAV2US will not be responsible for any errors that may occur in the geo-tagging of information offered and the user being advised of and therefore accepting such possibilities.

NAV2US will not accept responsibility for damage to any GPS terminal that may arise from the reception of information from the web site and as such the user exonerates NAV2US from said responsibility saving the case of evidence to the contrary.

Intellectual property

NAV2US owns the intellectual property rights that exist in reference to this web site, remaining therefore completely prohibited the reproduction, distribution and public communication of same without the express authorization of the owner.

The previous notwithstanding, the NAV2US web site contains photographs over which NAV2US do not possess any exclusive intellectual property rights with the owner of said rights a third party out with NAV2US. In reference to said photographs, NAV2US advises that the reproduction, distribution and public communication of such photographs without the express authorization of the owner may result in the violation of any intellectual property rights that may exist over same.

NAV2US makes equally manifest that the owners of the aforementioned photographs authorise the publication of same by NAV2US free of charge and for an unlimited time via the NAV2US web page.

Adherence to a code of conduct

ACTIVASAT SL, and therefore as a consequence the web page NAV2US.com, bind themselves to the basic principles of legality, formality and respect that are proposed by the CODE OF CONDUCT – “CERTIFIED BY INFOJUR”, remitting itself to the content of same in all that NOT detailed here in this document of conditions, being obliged therefore to act in the exercise of its business, at all times, in conformity with the principles expressed therein.
